Spiced Currants
Excellent with roasts, grills and cold meats.

Ingredients: 750g currants
500g brown sugar
1 cm stick cinnamon
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground allspice
Steps 1 Place all the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to
the boil.
2. Cook slowly for an hour, then remove the cinnamon stick. Bottled and
keep in refrigerator.
