Homemade Horseradish
Ingredients: 1 horseradish root
White vinegar
Sugar
Pinch salt and pepper
 Steps 1 Wash the horseradish root and
scrape or cut off all
the thick peel
2. Grate the horseradish finely and mix it with enough white vinegar
just to cover.
3 Add sugar to taste and pack into a jar.
4 Cover tightly to retain the flavour. Can be kept in the
refrigerator
To Make Horseradish Cream
On the day of using, mix some of the horseradish with a littler dry
English mustard and some whipped cream. Taste and add extra seasoning.
