Grape Pickle
Ingredients:
 3 kg larger dark grapes
2 cups sugar
1.25 litres vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon pepper Steps 1. Cut the grapes with scissors
from the bunch, Leaving a small piece of stem attached 2. Boil the
vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and spices together.
3 Pack grapes into clean, dry, jars and cover with liquids
Seal.
